Returns for EXCHANGE when the following conditions are met:
  • You request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing info@idiomboutique.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • We receive the return package within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise.
  • The returned items are unwashed, unworn, and have the tag attached.

You are able to use the credit in-store or via the website.  We will also work with you to assist with selecting another item(s).

Note:  We’re sorry but shipping charges for your order cannot be refunded and return shipping is at your expense. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipping vendor that allows you to track your package.
